Private Casa, our core business started as a property management company for luxury vacation homes in the area of Punta Cana, Dominican Rep. This is still to this date our core business and our pride.
Our primary goal as a management company is excellence in service, thereby providing the owner with a worry-free experience in owning a vacation home in a foreign country. Remote ownership adds significant and stressful challenges that can only be addressed by talented, dedicated and local professionals.

Management program

•Administrative - payment of all property related expenses, including utilities, contracted services, coupled with a daily 'hands-on' assessment of your property. Reports are issued monthly or on an emergency basis if needed.

•Primary Local Contact - act as your local contact for vendors, service providers, employees and others requiring a local decision-maker.

•Grounds & Facilities Maintenance - oversee the proper maintenance of pest control, pool, spa, gardens, walls, fences, beach access, sewage treatment plants etc.

•Hurricane Preparation Service - supervise the preparation of your home in the event of a hurricane.

•24/7 Emergency Maintenance - oversee a team of dedicated professionals who will work to ensure that your villa is kept in top working order with as little lag time as possible.

•Optional Vehicle Maintenance & Insurance Service - provide periodic maintenance checkups and cleaning of your vehicle to keep it in top operating condition. Recommend the preparation of a complete vehicle insurance program providing collision and liability coverage for your approval. Ensure registration and inspections are kept up to date and current.

•Optional Property & Liability Insurance Service - recommend complete insurance programs and umbrella liability policies for your property.

•Optional Refurbishment Service - recommend and supervise any small to midsize construction, which can be contracted and supervised in your absence.

•Optional Interior Design Service - recommend and supervise interior designers and/or master carpenters to help you create your dream setting or maximize the beauty of your investment.

•Optional Rental Management Service - arrange deposits and wire transfers, forwarding money to owner, preparation of monthly statements of account and/or monthly reports, oversee cleanup between guest occupancy and more. Greet and escort your guests to their rental, as well as introducing them to the property. Oversee our 24/7 emergency maintenance service to ensure that every element of your villa is functioning as perfectly as possible.
